Road Trip by Car through Cear\u00e1<\/h2>\n

Cumbuco - Kitesurf & Beach Vibes \ud83c\udf0a<\/h3>\n

Cumbuco is located in the northeast of Brazil in the state of Cear\u00e1. Here you'll find one of the best kitesurfing spots in all of Brazil \ud83e\udd70! The nearest major city is Fortaleza. From there, we took an extremely cheap UBER \u2013 Taxi (App)\ud83d\ude97. We only paid about 5 euros for the 45-minute ride \ud83e\udd11! There were some larger supermarkets and small shops. You can get almost everything you need here. Costs are comparable to Germany. The best time to travel is from July to January \ud83d\ude0e. So, of course, we were once again in the wrong place at the wrong time \ud83e\udd26\u200d\u2640\ufe0f! However, it was still possible to kite on 1-2 days a week!<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Especially great was the accommodation for only 20 euros per night. Finally, a vacation rental with a washing machine and sufficient kitchen accessories <\/p>

Big tip: Inform yourself before you just drive off! Our rental car had to endure quite a bit. The route to the National Park is actually only suitable for 4x4 cars. Buuut No Risk- No Fun. We raced over the extremely hilly sand roads and through the, way too deep, puddles. Don't ask me how we managed that. Everyone would have thought we were crazy \ud83e\udd26\u200d\u2640\ufe0f. But as Max always used to say:<\/p>\n

Just before the National Park, we had to park our car because only quad vehicles or horse-drawn carriages were allowed - \ud83d\ude04. The parking lot cost about 8 euros per day. In addition, there was the tourism fee of 4 euros per day. So, the first 60 euros were already gone before we even got to our accommodation. \ud83d\ude02 Plus, our rented car was also useless for the 5 days... So: Inform yourself beforehand \ud83e\udd26\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\ud83d\ude02 nevertheless, the National Park was really worth it \u2600\ufe0f! It reminded me so much of Gili Trawangan (BALI)!<\/p>\n

La Ventana was a beautiful hotel located right on the beach. In the mornings, there was a delicious traditional breakfast with tapioca, crepes,\u00a0p\u00e3o de queijo, omelets, and freshly squeezed juices. Simply heavenly \ud83e\udd70! The staff were super friendly and fulfilled every wish. The hotel rooms are stylishly furnished & most accommodations have a sea view! I also finally learned kitesurfing! We were there during the off-season and unfortunately, the wind wasn't always sufficient. However, the Kiteworldwide team was super flexible, so every opportunity to learn could be used. Within this week, I managed to get to the water start, but I will definitely continue! The shopping centers were really cool too \ud83d\udecd! At least they looked great. Prices are definitely higher than in Germany. Nothing for backpackers & penny pinchers. In the bargain corner (my favorite corner \ud83d\ude04), there's usually only clothing in XL or XXL. When paying at the checkout, you'll be asked almost everywhere if you want to pay in installments (even for small amounts). Absolutely crazy. \ud83d\ude2f<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

In conclusion: The road trip was extremely action-packed \ud83d\ude04! It's somehow always cooler to be even more flexible & that's what we were with the car \ud83d\ude0c. If you ever find yourself in Brazil and are thinking about getting a car - you should be aware that it won't be easy. Especially outside the big cities, there are many potholes on the roads & the car\/scooter drivers are quite fast \ud83d\udca8. But you get to know the country from a different perspective by car, as you drive through many small villages. Unfortunately, we have to return our car again, buuut of course, the next adventure is already waiting! The next few days, it's carnival in Rio de Janeiro & then we're going on a car rental tour from Rio down to S\u00e3o Paulo! It's going to be absolutely insane!<\/p>\n

Roadtrip mit dem Auto durch Cear\u00e1<\/h2>

Cumbuco befindet sich im Nordosten von Brasilien im Bundesstaat Cear\u00e1. Hier findest du einen der besten\u00a0Kitesurf-Spots in ganz Brasilien\ud83e\udd70! Die n\u00e4chstgr\u00f6\u00dfere Stadt ist Fortaleza. Von dort aus nahmen wir uns ein extrem g\u00fcnstiges UBER - Taxi (App)\ud83d\ude97. Gro\u00dfer Tipp: Informier dich bevor du einfach drauf losf\u00e4hrst! Unser Mietwagen musste ziiiiiemlich was mitmachen. Die Strecke bis zum Nationalpark ist eigentlich nur f\u00fcr 4x4 Autos ausgelegt. Abeeeer No Risk- No Fun. Wir bretterten \u00fcber die extrem h\u00fcgeligen Sandstra\u00dfen und durch die, viel zu tiefen, Wasserpf\u00fctzen. Fragt mich nicht wie wir das geschafft haben. Jeder h\u00e4tte uns einen Vogel gezeigt\ud83e\udd26\u200d\u2640\ufe0f. Aber wie Max immer zu sagen pflegte:<\/p>

Kurz vor dem Nationalpark mussten wir unser Auto parken, weil nur noch Quad Fahrzeuge erlaubt waren - oder Pferdekutschen\ud83d\ude04. Der Parkplatz kostete pro Tag ca. 8 Euro. Dazu kam noch die Tourismus-Geb\u00fchr mit 4 Euro pro Tag. Damit waren die ersten 60 Euro schonmal weg, bevor wir \u00fcberhaupt in unserer Unterkunft waren. \ud83d\ude02 Zudem unser gemietetes Auto ebenfalls f\u00fcr die 5 Tage nutzlos war... Deshalb: Vorher informieren \ud83e\udd26\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\ud83d\ude02 trotzdem hat sich der Nationalpark wirklich gelohnt\u2600\ufe0f! Es erinnerte mich so vieles an Gili Trawangan ( BALI )!<\/p>

Hier hatten wir eine perfekte Unterkunft direkt am Strand!\ud83c\udfdd<\/p>

La Ventana war ein wundersch\u00f6nes Hotel, dass direkt am Strand liegt. Morgens gab es ein leckeres, traditionelles Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck mit\u00a0Tapioka,\u00a0Cr\u00eapes,\u00a0P\u00e3o de Queijo, Omeletts und frisch gepressten S\u00e4ften. Einfach himmlisch\ud83e\udd70! Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und erf\u00fcllten uns jeden Wunsch. Die Hotelzimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet & die meisten Unterk\u00fcnfte verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber einen Meerblick! Au\u00dferdem lernte ich endlich Kitesurfen! Wir waren zur Nebensaison vor Ort und der Wind war leider nicht immer ausreichend. Jedoch war das Team von Kiteworldwide super flexibel, sodass jede M\u00f6glichkeit zum Lernen genutzt werden konnte. Wirklich cool waren auch die Shopping Center \ud83d\udecd! Zumindest sahen sie super aus. Die Preise sind definitv h\u00f6her als in Deutschland. Nix f\u00fcr Backpacker & Sparf\u00fcchse. In der Schn\u00e4ppchen-Ecke ( meine Lieblingsecke\ud83d\ude04 ) gibt es meist nur Kleidung in XL oder XXL. Beim Bezahlen an der Kasse wirst du \u00fcbrigens fast \u00fcberall gefragt, ob du in Raten bezahlen m\u00f6chtest ( auch bei Kleinstbetr\u00e4gen ). Fazit: Der Roadtrip war extrem Actionreich\ud83d\ude04! Es ist irgendwie immer cooler noch flexibler zu sein & das sind wir einfach mit dem Auto gewesen\ud83d\ude0c. Falls du jemals in Brasilien sein solltest und dar\u00fcber nachdenkst dir ein Auto zu holen - sollte dir klar sein, dass es nicht einfach wird. Besonders au\u00dferhalb der Gro\u00dfst\u00e4dte sind viele L\u00f6cher auf den Stra\u00dfen & die Auto\/Rollerfahrer sind ziemlich schnell unterwegs\ud83d\udca8. Aber du lernst das Land mit dem Auto nochmal von einer anderen Seite kennen, da du durch die viele kleinen D\u00f6rfer f\u00e4hrst. Leider m\u00fcssen wir unser Auto wieder abgeben, abeeeer nat\u00fcrlich steht schon wieder das n\u00e4chste Abenteuer an! Die n\u00e4chsten Tage ist erstmal Karneval in Rio de Janeiro angesagt & danach machen wir eine Mietwagentour von Rio runter nach S\u00e3o Paulo! Das wird der absolute Wahnsinn!<\/p>
