Gran Canaria is amazing all year, but last year around this time, we visited, and it was perfect ! Sunny days, warm but not too hot, and super chill. Autumn and winter (September–February) are great for escaping the cold and soaking up the sun. 5 Things You Have to Do: 1. Walk the Maspalomas Dunes : It feels like a mini desert right by the ocean. ☀️ 2. Hike Roque Nublo : The views are insane, and it’s a great spot for photos. 📸 3. Relax in Puerto de Mogán : Cute village vibes and the prettiest little harbor. ⛵ 4. Visit Las Palmas : For some history, cool cafés, and shopping. 🥰 5. Our Memories 2024 😍 Cheers to a year full of amazing adventures! 🌞 January started with a sunny trip to the Canary Islands, where we hopped on a cruise ship with Max’s grandma 🚢. In February, we went to Kenya, where we had an awesome motorbike tour through the African wilderness 🏍️, spent time with the Maasai people 🦁, lived like locals 🌍, and finally went on a safari! 🐘 In March and April, we enjoyed sailing along Europe’s west coast ⛵. In May, we hit the road on a Portugal road trip with Max’s grandma 🚗. June was a special month for catching up with friends and family. In July, we went to a fun festival in Austria 🎉, while Max crossed the Alps with his good friend 🏔️, and I, Janet, went to Croatia with my two younger brothers 🇭🇷. August was all about turtle-watching in North Cyprus 🐢 and exploring the island 🌿. Then came the adventure of Paraguay and Brazil in September and October 🇵🇾🇧🇷, and we finished the year with some tropical vibes in the Philippines 🏝️, where we’ll stay until mid-January 2025.
