Diani Beach has powder-white sand and crystal-clear water. I spent four days there, snorkeling, drinking coconut water on the beach, and eating at some of the best seafood restaurants of my life. Sails Beach Bar & Restaurant serves grilled barracuda with mango salsa right on the beach—at sunset. Food doesn't get any better than that.
